Resources Administrator in our Corporate Office.

Summary:
The HR Administrator works as the Corporate HR Department's
primary contact for all new hire processing and termination administration.
Additionally interfaces with employees on a variety of subjects and may assist
with other areas of HR such as benefits, performance management, labor law
compliance, annual reviews, payroll, as well assisting with general support
functions for the HR Manager.
Essential
Tasks & Responsibilities:
New
Hires
o Assist hiring managers with
recruiting as needed -
o Draft, post, and track recruiting
ads - Distribute resumes to hiring managers.
o Receive Application, Resume, and
Release from prospective employee & complete background check.
o Receive offer details from hiring
manager, create offer, and send offer to hiring manager.
o Onboarding of New Employee (Notify
IT, send info email/packet, assist with orientation, audit new hire paperwork,
etc).
Terminations
o Compile separation packages for
distribution to branch offices.
Miscellaneous
o Maintain Personal Filing.
o Reconciliation of LexisNexis
Background Screening Bill.
o Back-up/Assist the other members
of the HR team when necessary.
o Reports - Assist with requests for
employee status/information as needed.
o Work on HR Projects & Stay up
to date on HR & Labor Laws.
This
position requires a high school degree or equivalent with a minimum of five
plus years of experience in Human Resources working for a large company. Additional qualifications required include
excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to
detail and organization, the ability to manage time and prioritize work, a
solid commitment to customer and employee service, and the ability to work with
confidential information. Moderate math
skills related to benefit and payroll calculations are required. Position also requires exceptional knowledge
of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook) with strong word
processing and spreadsheet skills.
